Miss Emma Katherine Moore was crowned PPCA’s Homecoming Queen on Friday night, Oct. 1, 2021.

Escorted by her father Charles Weathersby, Emma was crowned by PPCA’s 2020 Homecoming Queen Sarah-Kate Grice in front of a capacity crowd at H.F Shepherd Field in Pearl.

Miss Moore was one of four senior maids selected by their peers for the Homecoming honor.

Other senior maids included Jaime Cumberland, Ashley Hester, and Kennedy Manning.

The rest of the Homecoming Court included junior maids Carley Dawkins and Anna Grace Watkins, sophomore maids Ella Cruthirds and Abi Rae Thompson, and freshman maids Morgan Brewer and Kimora Coleman.

The Court Attendants were second grade children of PPCA faculty, Mattie Rollins Cliburn (Mrs. Erin Cliburn), Austin Gant (Mrs. Brandi Gant), Alana Harbison (Mr. Doc. Harbison), Joel McCullough (Mrs. Kristy McCullough), Evan Wallace (Mrs. Lisa Wallace), and Natalie Watkins (Mrs. Jessica Watkins).

Representing PPCA during the Halftime Homecoming Court presentation was Head of School Jason Cook.
