Online Application

How to Apply:

All applications for admissions must be completed and submitted online through our Online Application.
Once it is submitted, an email will be sent with a link to pay the $25 non-refundable fee. 
Families may begin working in the admissions packet, but must follow the enrollment schedule below for submission. 

ENROLLMENT DATES for 2024-2025

Current Students: Monday, January 1, 2024

Siblings of PPCA students: Monday, January 15, 2024

Park Place Baptist Church member: Monday, January 22, 2024

Open enrollment for all NEW students: Thursday, February 1, 2024

NOTE: Any application submitted BEFORE the above scheduled date will be VOIDED.

Applicants applying for a 1st-12th grade MUST submit a copy of most recent report card, previous year’s report card, most recent standardized test scores (for 3rd grade and above), and behavior report.

These documents may be scanned and uploaded in the application process.

Please do NOT send snapshots taken with a cellphone, as those will be distorted when imported.

Create an Online Application

This application is for NEW STUDENTS, those who are not currently attending PPCA.
Once an account is created, select CREATE A NEW STUDENT APPLICATION for each child. Families have the flexibility to log in and out of these accounts as they access their open application. Please use correct capitalization and spelling when completing the online application.
