APPLICATION PROCESS:

Welcome to Park Place Christian Academy’s application process!

First, thank you for your interest in our school!  

We are praying with you as you apply for enrollment at PPCA.

We hope you have already contacted our Director of Admissions Sunny McGehee to schedule a private tour of our campus and that you have seen first-hand what PPCA has to offer your family.

Many questions regarding the admissions application can be explained on the Admissions Process page.

Please carefully read that information before you complete and submit the online application.

All applications must be submitted online and require a $25 non-refundable application fee.

Applicants applying for a 1st-12th grade MUST submit a copy of most recent report card, previous year’s report card, most recent standardized test scores (for 3rd grade and above), and behavior report.

These documents may be scanned and uploaded in the application process.

Please do NOT send snapshots taken with a cellphone, as those will be distorted when imported.

For a new student (one that is currently NOT attending PPCA, please continue the application process by following the directions listed below.

For a student who is already enrolled at PPCA (currently attending PPCA), please visit the Re-Enrollment page of our website.

 ENROLLMENT DATES for 2022-2023

 Siblings of PPCA students: Monday, January 10, 2022

Park Place Baptist Church member: Monday, January 17, 2022

Open enrollment for all NEW students: Monday, January 31, 2022

Please note that any application submitted BEFORE the above scheduled date will be VOIDED.

 

 

How to Apply via the easy Online Application:

All applications for admissions must be completed and submitted online through PPCA’s FACTS (formerly titled RenWeb) Online Application.
This provides a tool for families to track the status of their admission after they are submitted. 
Please follow the steps and guidelines listed below to complete an online application. 
Once it is submitted, an email will be sent with a link to pay the $25 non-refundable fee
Families may begin working in the admissions packet, but must follow the enrollment schedule above for submission. 
NOTE: Any application submitted BEFORE the scheduled dates will be VOIDED.

Create an Online Application

This application is for NEW STUDENTS, those who are not currently attending PPCA.
Students who are already attending PPCA should see the information listed in the Re-Enrollment section of this website.
NEW STUDENTS:
Once an account is created, select CREATE A NEW STUDENT APPLICATION for each child.
Families have the flexibility to log in and out of these accounts as they access their open application.
Please use correct capitalization and spelling when completing the online application. 
The information is imported into PPCA’s Student Information System/FACTS (formerly RenWeb) which is accessed by administrators and faculty during the school year.
Upon completing and submitting the online application, families may track the admissions status by logging in to their accounts.
Other actions that are available to families include printing the completed application and supplemental forms, as well as monitoring when PPCA receives supplemental application forms.
