We’d like to give a Shout Out to our Cross Country team. They competed in a meet yesterday(10/19) at Neely Farm and did an amazing job. Please see the results below:
JV Girls finished 2nd. Runners that finished in the top ten were as follows:
Lexie Arnold – 5th – 13:27
Olivia Cook – 7th – 13:57
Lena Cole – 8th – 14:16
Hannah Loden – 9th – 14:36
These girls all ran their best time of the year!!
The JV Boys finished 3rd. Runners that finished in the top ten were as follows:
Luke Patrick – 7th – 12:44
Drew Singletary – 10th – 12:52
Sam Cook – 5th grader – finished 2nd in his race.
In the Varsity Girls 2 mile race, Abby Goldberg finished 10th -14:54 (Personal Record)
In the Varsity Boys 2 mile race, Chris Atkinson finished 1st with an outstanding time of 10:42 (5.21 per mile). It was the best time of any Sader run at PPCA. At the end of the race, Chris (PPCA) and Barret (Cathedral School) were coming up the hill and Chris won it by .1 second.
WAY TO GO SADERS!!!
