Park Place Christian Academy senior Parker Howard recently signed a Letter of Intent to play soccer for East Central Community College this fall. PEARL – Park Place Christian Academy (PPCA) senior Parker Elizabeth Howard recently signed her letter of intent to play soccer for the Warriors of East Central Community College in Decatur, Miss., next fall.
The oldest child of Josh and Beth Howard of Brandon, Parker’s exceptional soccer skills while playing for the Crusaders have helped the team be successful.
Parker is also the granddaughter of Beverly and the late Mike Howard of Brandon and the late Betty and Leon Barnhill of Jackson.
She has a younger brother, Cooper, and a younger sister, Baker who both attend PPCA.
A student at PPCA since preschool, Parker is a member of the BETA Club, the National Honor Society, and is a Varsity Cheerleader.
While at PPCA, Parker has consistently been on the A/B Honor Roll and was named PPCA Coach’s Player of the Year.
She was also named to the Midsouth Association of Independent School’s All Star Soccer Team and is a Senior spokesmodel for Always More Photography.
Miss Howard is a member of Park Place Baptist Church where she is active in the Youth Group and has assisted in VBS and mission trips to Honduras.
After graduation in May, Parker’s plans are to attend East Central Community College for two years before transferring to Mississippi College.
